La Difese Wall

We build silence: sound-insulating panels made of PC and PP

Anti-noise systems in recyclable and innovative material

“Le Difese Wall” noise barrier is a sound-absorbing and environmental soundinsulation system designed to be installed on any load-bearing structure (concrete, masonry, Drywall …).

This product, designed for acoustic attenuation, consists of perforated polycarbonate or polypropylene panels of nominal size 50x50cm that contain a mattress in recycled polyester fiber and fixed on a prefabricated concrete support.

Every components of our noise reduction barriers (main structure, end plugs, internal sound-absorbing mats) are made of plastic materials 100% recyclable.

Made with +90% of recycled PVC

They are produced by continuous extrusion of recycled PVC (>90%) coming from recovered plastic components (shutters, window frames, pipes, etc.)

Entirely recyclable

100% recyclable plastic materials. Once dismantled, the product can be completely recycled by grinding and re-melting.

Applications
Road, railway and airport infrastructures

The panel named NOISE “Le Difese Wall®” is an effective method to reduce the noise pollution produced in communication infrastructures (streets, highways, railways, airports, etc). Mounted on specific structures it can be placed behind the guard-rail or built-in on it (integrated barrier).

This kind of road barrier offers the following acoustic performances:

Acoustic absorption in class A3 (UNI EN ISO 354:2003; UNI EN 1793-1:2013 and UNI EN 1793-3: 1999 standards);

Acoustic insulation in class B3 (UNI EN ISO 10140-2:2010; UNI EN 1793-2:2013; UNI EN 1793-3: 1999 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2013 standards).

Finishing without paint

“Le Difese®” panels do not require any painting process: colouring is obtained directly on the external “skin” by dyeing the rough material during plasticization. This procedure prevents any dispersion of residual traces of paint in the external environment at both manufacturing and recycling stage. Consequently, the environmental impact is significantly reduced.

Acoustic/mechanics according to European Standards

Our sound-absorbing panels meet European Standards on acoustic performance, mechanical performance and stability requirements, general safety rules and environmental standards, product specifications, as well as long-term performance.
